How It Works
Free site survey & advice
Ady or a senior carpenter visits to assess head height, roof construction, access and best rooflight positions, plus party wall or planning risks and a clear recommendation.
Design, approvals & structural checks
We produce drawings, coordinate structural engineer input and submit building regulations (and planning, if required), keeping you informed and signing off layouts before work starts.
Build, finish & handover
We coordinate the rooflights, insulation, wiring, plumbing, staircase, joinery and final finishes, followed by the necessary inspections and completion paperwork. Our loft conversions include a five-year workmanship guarantee.
