“Had our loft converted a few years ago by Ady and the team. Really pleased with everything that was done, and the timescales to which everything was completed. All the external people Ady recommended were also great like our architect. Was able to go through everything with everyone at each stage and if ever needed was able to change things as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get work done.”

Google2026-08-14“Perfect I had my loft done by AWC twice I never liked dormers so had it done with pitched roof but after a while I changed my mind and had them back to the put a 8 meter wide dormer and wow it’s given me such a massive room I now have on suit and a dressing room what a transformation in my unused loft wish I had it done sooner highly recommended 👍”

Google2026-08-12“AWC carried out a loft conversion for us in Reading. The works consisted of a new central staircase, two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. We were very pleased with the end result. Ady and his team were very easy to work with and the project was completed within the time agreed and to the agreed cost. AWC took care of the design, structural calculations, building inspection and all elements of the construction. The majority of the works were completed via roof access, which kept disruption to a minimum. We would recommend Ady and his team highly.”

Google2024-03-18“The work was completed on time and to the satisfaction of building regulations inspection, and as agreed with the contract. The building construction Engineers work quality was excellent . Each day team arrived at 7.30. Materials delivery arrived on time when needed by the Plumber, Electrician and roofing Engineers. We were consulted before each stage to inspect the work completed. Any changes we desired were incorporated such as window features. We were consulted on design and placement of fitted cupboards, placement and types of radiators, bathroom equipment Electrical plugs with USB.”

“We were having our loft converted whilst living in the property and Andy and his team were always polite and accommodated us and the two kids, if we needed to get in and out. There was minimal disruption to us living downstairs as they worked above us, until the day they broke through the ceiling, but even then, they always made an effort to keep things tidy, and clear up at the end of the day. The quality of work is great, and if I had another bungalow I would have no hesitation in asking Andy to do the work, highly recommended and invoices were all as expected.”

The task finished well within the estimated time-frame, and the team were courteous, clean, and finished all work to a very high standard. “Double dormer loft conversion - a complication and very challenging project which was completed to a very high standard. Throughout Ady was calm and easy to deal with. He was always honest and kept us fully informed of exactly what was happening with the project. Most of all though we've been impressed with the quality of the workmanship - no corners cut and the finishing to a very high standard. Also, small issues found after completion were dealt with.
